Redmine

Hi guys. I am new to Redmine. To be honest, I wanted to join to learn more about ticketing systems and to offer a suggestion. I did search for this, but I wasn't able to find anyone mentioning it.
Would it be possible to enhance the 2FA feature, when logging into Redmine, to also offer other MFA options such as Phone call, SMS or even email OTP codes?
Bottom line is, what if you loose or forget your phone or the Authenticator App settings are gone due to a new phone, reset, etc?
