Redmine

Hi,
I am trying to import my easyredmine data into Redmine. I have files and MySQL archive.
Is there a plugin, tool, or documentation that I can use to do that?

I found this old link, but it looks like the plugin was removed: https://www.redmine.org/plugins/redmine_export_import
