Redmine

Hi. I am looking for a developer to fix a Redmine installation that has stoped working last week. The installation is on a shared hosting at https://projets.philippebonneau.net.

I would also like to update Redmine to the latest stable version and fix the mailing system. Redmine was able to send emails but not to add the answer by email in the timeline of a task.
