Import Issues with multiple related issues

Hello,

I am migrating an old problem-tracking system to Redmine and would like to know if importing related issue(s) with each issue imported is possible.
I have over 200k entries, and many of them have associated issues listed with them. I have been looking for a way to do this and can't figure it out.
