503 error with in a shared hosting context managed with cPanel

I mistakenly removed the "Ruby app" configuration of a running Redmine instance with cPanel.
So I made the configuration again, but I get a 503 error.
I attach a screenshot of a typical configuration I make with cPanel for a "Ruby app".
