Hello,
Is it possible for Specific Roles to assign issues to specific roles? I want to add Development Manager and Test manager roles. I want reporters to assign issues only to Development Manager. Development manager will assign this issue to the developer he wants. So the work assignment to developers will be done and managed by the development manager. the flow will be the same for test manager and testers.
1. Reporter, assign issue to development manager (only development managers should be in assignment combo box)
2. development manager, assign incoming work to the appropriate developer
3. developer, assign work to test manager (only test managers should be in the assignment combo box)
4. test manager, assign the job to the appropriate tester
5. tester, assign the work to the developer
6. developer, assign work to tester
..
..
How can I realize such a flow.
