The date is not shown correctly.

When I add new bug or update the bug I see that the date is not shown correctly.
The date 30 July 2024 is shown as 07/30/2024 and the 01 August is shown as 08/01/2024.
In other case, if somebody looked the 05/08/2024, he don't understand it is 05 August or 08 May.
Please help me how to solve this problem.
