Users can't copy issues to another projects
I've successfully upgraded RM from 4.0 to 5.1 and now to 6.0.
There seems to be one glitch - users can't copy issues to another project, the 'Project list' only shows current project.
When I log as an admin then I can copy wherever I want.
Permissions seems to be set correctly and it worked fine on v4.1
