Redmine truncates topic text (removes some letters)

Hello everyone!
Has anyone encountered the problem when a task comes to Redmine via email and the subject is cut off when processing the letter?
The letter creates an asterisk and sends it to the mail, only one user has such a processing error, the problem is not widespread

I tried changing the settings in the settings - test formatting, but this did not bring results.
