Redmine

I accidentally broke my smartphone, which has made it impossible for me to log in using the smartphone authentication system (Microsoft Authenticator). Additionally, I am unable to locate my backup codes. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but could you please disable two-factor authentication for my account?
I am currently posting from a temporarily created account. I have also registered several redmine plugins on the Wiki, and I would like to recover my account to continue managing them.
