Groups as observers

Hello,

You can add groups as observers in a ticket. However, I have not yet found a way to do this when I send a ticket by e-mail to my ticket system. automatically add the group as an observer. So far, this has always had to be done manually after the ticket has been created.

Is there a solution or a plugin for this?

I believe the Additionals plugin is capable of automating watcher groups: https://www.redmine.org/plugins/additionals
