Redmine

Hi,

I'm new to redmine but we are planning to use redmine for project management for some groups. Basically I have 2 questions:
1.) Is it possible to allow project managers to create subprojects? As far as I found out, new projects can only be created by an administrator. But I don't want my project managers to be admins, too.
2.) Is it possible to give "normal" users/managers the right to invite other members?
