We're bringing in a handful of new testers and to ease the break-in, the idea of prepopulating the description field has been suggested. We were able to do this previously with another opensource issue tracking solution (flyspray.org) by setting the 'default description' for each unique project.

Is it possible to create a MySQL injection or template for the default new issue?
