Configuring email.yml for Blue Box Group hosting

I can't seem to get email notification to send in my production environment. Hosting is done by blue box group has anyone used redmine on their servers? My email.yml looks like so:
production:
delivery_method: :smtp
smtp_settings:
address: mail.blueboxgrid.com
port: 25
domain: redmine.mydomain.com
authentication: :none

Any help is appreciated.

I , on the other side also not received email notifications. I'm using my own smtp relay

The setting just like yours, except the domain. this is my email , but when i asked my email admin, the mail domain is jjjj.ad to recognize my system to send email

You might ask your hosting admin regarding the domain.
