SVN trunk version does not wrtite log/production.log - Redmine

SVN trunk version does not wrtite log/production.log

After upgrade to latest svn version redmine does not wrtite log/production.log so I can not even see a trace of numerous problems.

I am totally new to ruby an rails, so...

Please, point me where to check and what to read about logging in Redmine to be able to restore logging and trace bugs.

Problem is so stupid... svn update changes rights to log dir, so after update it is necessary to chown dir back to www owner.
