Searching doesn't appear to search subprojects

If you are on the home page, and do a search, it would be helpful to search all issues/messages etc of all projects. It doesn't appear to do this, I think it just searches project titles and descriptions. Also, when on a project home page, and you do a search, it doesn't search sub-project issues etc.

Is there any way to get redmine to do this? We'd really like to be able to search across all issues of all projects.

Which version of Redmine are you using? I have 0.7 and searching works correctly.

Hi Robert, Redmine-0.7.1 with 5 projects. Are you sure you have 0.7? #1264 says this has been implemented for 0.8.

I've just tried again. If I go in to a project and search for a key word, it finds an issue with that word in the description. If I then click on the home button and search for the same word, it doesn't find that issue. But looks like it will in 0.8.
