I'm thinking of a role where the client can post issues,but it has a separate communication line for the issue. So there are two categories of notes- the comments(details) that are discussed with the client, that the client can see, and the notes that are exchanged between developers - that only the developers(and managers) can see.
Is there such a thing?
I browsed through the plugins, but nothing seemed to achieve that.
