Receiving emails - cutting signature

I am receiving emails via RedmineReceivingEmails. This works perfect. One improvement for me would be if while adding a comment to an issue only the mailbody before the signature would be used and the rest would be cut. Example:

Interesting part here and so on and on...

Kind regards ....

Short: Cut everything after "-- " (notice the space). Is that possible right now?

PS: I remember reading something from Jean-Philippe about that an a solution with three dashes ("---") but I can't get any hints from mail_handler.rb and searching for that is very difficult.

Got the answer or better, the Issue: #3199 (found it after I found the category "Email receiving").
