Redmine

My Redmine install has several files uploaded to it. Users have been complaining about not being able to finish downloads consistently due to the stream and connection ending abruptly before the file was done transferring.

I have a support ticket in with my host to see if there's an issue on their end, but I thought I would do due diligence and see if anyone here has heard of an issue like this before.
