I've implemented the user pain bug triage method as described on Lost Garden.

The code is on github redmine user pain
I tested it with 1.0.2 and it works fine.

I've still got a couple of issues i'd like to fix, but i'm a ruby noob. If you can help in any way i'd be delighted.
