Redmine

Is there a plugin, or feature that would let me add a button (or multiple buttons) to project pages that would execute an arbitrary script or command?

For instance, I have a git repository that pulls from another one every 5 minutes using a cron job. What if I wanted to call that script sooner from redmine directly. Is there something like that?
