proxy error

I tried to add plogins to redmine in 2012-01-31 but
I can't and also Redmine doesn' work and get this error:
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /redmine/.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
I attach log file.
please help me
