Plugin request: show custom link according to keywords in commit message

I love Redmine, and ReviewBoard. If such as keywords "Review-at: 123" appears at commit message,
I hope plugin can generate hyper link according request ID. It links Associated revisions,
but allow user to configure keywords and URL.
