New Issue gets 404 after "Screenshot Paste Plugin" installation

I have installed the BitNami Redmine Stack (2.1.3) on Windows.
After installation of "Screenshot Paste Plugin" (redmine_screenshot_paste-master.zip extracted to D:\redmine\apps\redmine\htdocs\plugins)
'New Issue' tab shows the
404 error: "The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed."

The plugin seems to be incompatible to 2.1.3?
