uninitialized constant activesupport::HashWithinDifferentAccess

Hello. Please, help me.
I use:
Redmine version 2.1.4
Ruby version 1.9.3
Rails version 2.3.14
Database MySQL
Redmine_hudson-1.0.8.1
Plugin migrate successfully. But when i go administration/plugins/redmine hudson plugin and press "configure", appears error:
NameError in settingsController#plugin
uninitialized constant activesupport::HashWithinDifferentAccess
What's the problem?
