Redmine

hi all,

I installed readmine (the latest version) witch tar.gz packet,rvm and bundle install it's working.

Problems begin after i insert the plug-in,I followed the guide on the site
1. insert plug in in correct directory /config/plugins (directory have correct permission)
2. rake redmine:plugins:migrate RAILS_ENV=production
3. restart apache service

when I try to do new project or configure my plugin appear "The desired page does not exist or has been removed. error 404"

mysql server
ruby 2.0.0p247 (2013-06-27 revision 41674) [x86_64-linux]
rvm 1.23.10 (stable)
