Bug recurring-tasks plugin

Hello, i need to setup plugin http://www.redmine.org/plugins/recurring-tasks or any other plugin to remind. It could be reccuring tasks (notices) or not. According to the description recurring-tasks plugin approach.

But i have error:

translation missing: ru.label_recurring_tasks

What i need to do? Or maybe you know other plugin to my case?

P.S. Redmine Version 2.3
