Redmine Issue Importer

Hi,
I referred https://github.com/zh/redmine_importer for importing issues from csv file got below error:
The following data-validation errors occurred on issue 1 in the list below
is invalid
is invalid
is invalid
is invalid
is invalid
Tried this plugin on both redmine 1.2.0 and redmine 1.2.1.
Please guide how to resolve this issue.
csv file is attached for your reference.
