Redmine

Hello!
I try to use redmine_card plugin: http://www.redmine.org/plugins/redmine_card, but on usual redmine user (not Administrator) have this error:

Please check if you enable rest and jsonp in Administration > Settings > Authentication
Details : error

Off course rest and json enabled.
Is had any solutions to fix this error?
