Hi,

is there a way to track time in IntelliJ / Android Studio and sync that with redmine? (at every push for example)

You can configure repository sync pull your changes and automatic read time(@1h) from comment for example git commit. More info look here: http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineTimeTracking#Logging-time-via-commit-messages
