redmine_category_watchers patch for sending mail on issue creation

Hi all,
sorry if this is not the right place to ask this.

I'm succesfully using this plugin on redmine 3.x:

It works great.

I would like to send email also on issue creation, but I'm not able to modify its code.

Can anyone help on this?
