Redmine

I was installing a "agile plugin" on redmine 2.4.2. (agile plugin version is 1.3.11: redmine_agile-1_3_11-light.zip)
But there is one problem.
When I try web action(below web action), but error log was popped up!
<web action> created project, selected issue, created issue, ...
<error log> /var/log/redmine/default/production.log
