Redmine

Hello, i am developer a new version of plugin https://github.com/peelman/redmine_departments. By the moment i have installed and work in redmine 3.1 but i want relations the Attachment Model to my plugin.

I need something as this:

1) I create new deparment (work)
2) En show page of deparment i can add/remove Attachment
