Spend Time plugin page display lost

Does someone can help me on this ?
I installed SpendTime plug for redmine2.6.
Install seems fine , however when I try to access the page , it show me

Page not found
The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed.

Also attached error page screent shot.

What is version of the plugin, 2.6.x?
If you use 3.x, its not support Redmine 2.6.

I used redmine_spent_time-2.6.6

I try to check redmine_spent_time v2.6.6 with Redmine 2.6.10, no prooblem on my environment.
Where the folder do you install the plugin? Is it redmine_folder/plugins/redmine_spent_time ?
And is plugins/redmine_spent_time/config/routes.rb vaild?

The folder name should be redmine_spent_time.
But no where said it.
