Redmine

Good evening we've tried to install and configure the plugin " redmine_import_issues " in one of our machines and executed the rake and migrated the plugin but all the time we got is " Something went wrong " this was displayed after the redmine was restarted and accessing it in the dashboard with the url

Commands we executed were :

bundle rake redmine:plugins NAME=issue_importer RAILS_ENV=production

bundle exec rake db:migrate_plugins RAILS_ENV=production

all represented the same error
