I am very new to this, and just wrote a plugin which adds links after each watcher name, so that you can instantly start an IM conversation with a watcher. So if you use Skype for business you can have it construct like 'sip:jdoe@domain.com' and when you click it, it open skype automatically and starts a conversation.

SO, I don't know if anyone has any use for such a thing (I wrote it because we use slack and skype for business where I work) but I wanted to see if anyone could give me any feedback.
