Default Watchers: Existing plugin for 3.4.6?

Hi,
I tried to find everywhere plugin, which work with version 3.4.6. I need to define default watcher by projects. I found plugin "Default Watchers by Category" and I modified it for my purpose. But I'm really bad in ruby coding and I failed.
Can please anybody help me with it?
