How to use the custom javascript plugin?

I have installed custom javascript plugin https://www.redmine.org/plugins/redmine_custom_js
I need a specific modification for a page instance. Nowhere it is clearly mentioned, kindly tell me how to include page instance in plugin.

Kindly do the needful.
