Hello

We are Adrián Pradilla and Carlos Castellanos, ruby developers at Opensistemas (Spain).

We have developed a plugin for redmine in ruby, which is capable of collecting all the gender data of a company and displaying it in graphs and tables to be analyzed and to be able to develop an equality plan

The plugin is currently in a beta phase, but it is already fully functional.
