redmine_web_forms

redmine v4.2

I installed redmine_web_forms (v0.0.1), which seemed to install properly, ran the db updater. Logged into redmine, saw the plugin was there and a new menu item webforms. Created a new webform, redmine claimed success, when I click on the webform, I get an internal server error message, please contact the administrator.

Is anyone successfully using this plugin? Or is it being v0.0.1 to early to play with.
