Redmine API and custom fields

I try to get custom fields and info about them.
When I use request as I saw here http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/Rest_CustomFields "https://xxxx.com/custom_fields.json"
I catch "403 error".
But other requests for example /projects.json, good working.
Any ideas?
