Redmine plugin with Issues template

Hello, I'm not sure this is the right place to post, if not i'm sorry.

my and my mate are trying to make a Plugin to manage company's contracts, and we want the View to be the same as Issues, the only thing that we have to change are the filters and the Queries, but we can't seem to do that, any help?
