Workflow management for manufacturing

We're using Redmine for workflow management of orders in a manufacturing and e-commerce environment.
We have a list of 10-20 items to improve ease of use on our end.
We are looking for an experienced developer who can add to the existing customizations in a maintainable manner. I would expect this to take about 1 month. There would be some communication with us as we use and test features for further updates.
Clear and prompt communication from your end is critical for this job.
