Seeking Redmine freelancer

To update system, install plugins and write custom plugin code.
Must have strong ruby on rails experience and past experience working on redmine, doing upgrades, writing code, installing plugins etc.
Must be proficient in GIT. Looking to hire from USA and/or Canada. We are all telecommute.
Prior experience with AWS S3 also essential.
