Looking for Plugin Development

Hey guys,

This is a time-sheet report. Grouped by Project.

So now what we need:

If the view is grouped by project take the Budget (cfs[ 8 ] from project) and add a new value in Brackts behind which gives the ratio (ratio=hours*100/budget) in %

Example:
bb Support Stunden: 1.50 Budget: 15 (10%)

No need for testings or other stuff. Just quick and dirty. It should be redmine 4 compatible.
