Redmine Redmine - Patch #6431 (Closed): Allow parent task field to be used in filtershttps://www.redmine.org/issues/64312010-09-18T01:20:15ZStuart Cianos

This patch allows the parent task field to be used in filters.

The patch also corrects a potential bug in the SQL code generation for grouping of columns with both a specified sort order and a default sort order, based on Redmine's current implementation of subtasking as a sort order.

This patch resolves #6397.
Redmine - Feature #6397 (Closed): Add Parent Task field as a sort criterium when defining a queryhttps://www.redmine.org/issues/63972010-09-14T23:34:47ZStuart Cianos

The parent task field cannot be selected as a sort field in the query definition screens. Affects version 1.0.0 and above.

Sorting works normally if clicking in the headers.

When updating a custom field (which has been defined within the Redmine settings), the updated_on field in the Projects table is not updated to reflect the date of modification to the project's settings.
Redmine - Feature #4945 (Closed): Allow custom fields attached to project to be searchablehttps://www.redmine.org/issues/49452010-02-26T23:40:57ZStuart Cianos

A helpful feature would be to allow a custom field attached to a project to be defined as searchable.

For instance, a field called "Project ID" could be searchable, allowing the project ID to be entered into the search box returning results.
