Description
The List type for custom fields is a powerful feature, but would be handy to allow a List Multiple selection type also. My use case is for listing additional resource contacts for a given issue (who are external to our system and therefore can't be listed as the User type), though I'm sure it could come in handy for other situations as well.
A Multiple User field could be very handy as well.
