Selected (flagged) issue export to PDF cause export of all issues.

Description
When in issues list I flag several issues and try to export them to pdf, but the exported file contains all the issues, not only selected.
The CSV export in such conditions spawns extra dialog window and asks whether to export selected rows or all the info.
