I've commit changes, and can see thats commit related on repository page, but doesn't on issue page.
Settings seems correct, so whats the trouble?
P.S. Before I've enable REST API, feature work properly, but now doesn't.

- Resolution set to Invalid
I'm no expert at russian but I can see that the word just before the issue id in your commit message is not in the list of your keywords in settings (it looks like one of them but there's an extra letter in your commit message). They must match exactly.
PS: this have nothing to do with the REST API.
