Description
Now "% Done" can be set manually, or calculated based on issue status but I can use only one of these ways. This would be good to:
- allow to calculate "% Done" of parent project based on child projects "% Done" when use status-based calculation
- add mixed mode, when "% Done" can be assigned manually, and set automaticly on update if (status_changed and "% Done"_not_changed and "% Done" < "NewStatus%Done")
